Telkom line rental/Installation

Hi,

I ordered a line rental with Telkom, at first everything went well they spoke about 7 to 21 days and I had patience, somehow I gave the the address but they couldn't find the address. A lady than called me from telkom to confirm address and we corrected the address. Today on the 5th February 2019 I phoned again just to hear whats happening if everything is going good, a lady by the name Nonduduzo Nbata (hopefully the spelling is correct) answered the phone and she told me that she couldn't pick up any orders on my name and I have been waiting this long just to hear that she picks my name up but there is no order placed under my name. I just needed something simple, Telkom to install a phone line and I rent the line and use another service provider. This girl had the nerve to tell me that there is no manager available to speak to, her manager is on leave (Team Leader). I than asked for the team leaders manager she said no managers is available, at first I had patience up until this girl really never understood how long I've been waiting for the line to happen a simple check up. She confirmed a few times that no order was picked up under my name, she also didn't want me to speak to a manager, really frustrated me. If Telkom do not want to install lines is there maybe any other service providers where I can rent a line from since fibre is not available in Ennerdale South. I am really upset and I have no idea why it's this difficult just to get a line or rent a line from Telkom, this girl had the nerve to ask me if she should place another and then the 7 to 21 days starts all over again without doing any other means to see that maybe she must get hold of the technical department or the department that phoned me regarding the line. I was phoned twice and all of a sudden there is no order number, the ref# number also never worked so I have no Idea why telkom gave me a ref# number in the first place.

I there anyone that can assist with this????????
