Telkom line - relocating

Good day. We have been experiencing endless problems with telkom and the client service we received, well don't let me laugh, because there is none....... Telkom provides the most useless, unprofessional, discusting, pathetic client service to custmers. We have relocated and since moved premises, a month ago. We requested my adsl line to be moved, yet when we follow up, no one answers, or you hold on for over a hour at a time. We have been dealing with Lorrain Kotze, ********** 086 who is just as ***********, does not give feedback to client. Infact i will go sofar as to say she is avoiding calls. Please investigate this matter and i expect urgent feedback from managerial level as to when my relocating order will be sorted. I need my line to perform my work duties. We have been paying each month on time, yet we are not utilizing the service......
