telkom line pole snaped of since Desember 2015

we had a bad wind and hale storm. some trees fell down and pulled the wire then the pole snapped and fell down. we did call to report the problem and no one came and had a looked at it the wire's is lying in my back yeard and i have small children at home. the community are very upset as well as they don't have any access to their telephone or Internet. Please let some one take notice of the problem.
