Telkom line out of order for 9 days !!!!

<p>We contacted telkom at the start of the month to have our landline converted to a ADSL line. Did phone on numerous occasions to have this done. They did not get back to us. Now my telkom line ********** 397 ( Mr and Mrs Friend ) isout of order since the 9 January 2017. We did log our line on the 9 January 2017 and every time you phone , they say they will sent a technician. It has been many days already. We are STILL waiting for a technician. I will cancell my telkom line if Telkom does not fix my line soon. We have been without a telkom line for 9 days now. I will receive my router for ADSL today but without a working telkom line, I cannot access the internet. Please come fix please !!!!!!!!!</p>
