Telkom line off

We phoned on 15 Jan 2020 to log a fault on our Telkom line as our telephone line and the internet is down in Klipfontein, Witbank. I had to phone again on 20 Jan 2020 with ref no: 53ctk150120 to ask why this problem was not yet attend to. The operator said that a technician was only dispatech on 19 Jan 2020. When i phoned today again (22 Jan) they said the technician was only dispatched on 21 Jan 2020. We are currently paying for a services that we are just not receiving. Madeleine ***
