telkom line not working

contact number ********** 192 escalation number ********** - I just had it with Telkom now. The fault was logged 2 months ago, on Thursday when I phoned I was told that a technician by the name of Shaun will go out on Friday, now I get told that I have to wait another 3 working days on top of the 2 months- this is unacceptable. The line needs to be fixed urgently
