Telkom line not working

<p>I have logged a complain about my aunts phone that is not in working condition as per telkom the line has been ******.</p> <p> </p> <p>Reference number 299CRZ190417 this was logged on the 19th April 2017 and still to date no one has come out to see if they can come and assist her as she is old. everyones telkom line around her is working and it's only her line that is not working.</p> <p> </p> <p>We do not receive any response from Telkom. When I phone they keep on saying they are busy with the matter. The service she has received from Telkom thus far is pathetic as it's been now almost 3 months that she has been waiting.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
