Telkom line not relocated

<p>My telkom landline should have been relocated on 01/12/2016 and I'm still waiting. No one from telkom has even bothered to keep me posted regarding my line relocation. I've made numerous follow ups but keep getting empty promises. I wish I had another landline alternative so that I can leave this company with such poor service and disregard for it's customers. #order_no: ********** 18</p>
