Telkom line never worked for 13months bu charged

My Telkom line from Feb 2018 to March 2019 never worked but they been debiting my account every month for no service. When i called they do not have a records and yet i have reference NUMBERS.

Now i must go the bank and extract bank statements then go to their offices and sit for 4hours to show them proof so that i can get my money back.
