Telkom line move. No service as yet

Good evening. I am struggling the last 3 weeks with Telkom to move my line from one residence to my new residence. Still in the same town about 500 Meters apart. I have used the Telkom customer care number, the after hours number, the email addresses given by the customer representative, and other platforms etc. Still no luck. No I am in my new residence without my internet line in use. Myself and my wife use the internet not just for the fun of it but as well as work and work commitments. How can I get this issue resolved and not only resolved solved asap?
