Telkom Line intermittently down impacting business

Hi, please can can someone have a look at telkom ref 32crk170216. The line has been down more that it is up impacting my work. <br> Each time I call in there is a technician working on it ... I have requested a special investigation. <br> Please can you look at the up time report and refund me for all the downtime / lack of service. <br> <br> Tks Charles
