Telkom Line hang lower than my washing lines

I reported this matter without any success. Everyday I have to ask my neighbour to lift the Telkom line so I can park my Kombi in driveway. The Telkom line can be used as a washing line that’s how low it hangs in my yard. I reported this matter without any success and these are the only reference numbers I can pick up now 113CRZ301216 804CRZ030217. Can Telkom please repair their lines in my yard or put in optic fibre cables or something. Maybe these lines are not even working, please come and repair or remove this line. I do not have a Telkom line but I need the line that crosses my yard from one pole to the other to be sorted. My neighbours Telkom telephone number is ********** 393.
