Telkom line got suspended for no reason

I paid every single month and suddenly had no line this afternoon; after being withiut line almost a week; because the cables were ****** apparently. When I phoned Telkom-I've been told that my line has been suspended. So ; the customer that pay -even though they don't even get service; line just gets suspended as Telkom please.
