Telkom line faults not getting repaired

My line is just dead. Reported it 3 times in 3 weeks. Every time they send this idiotic sms reply that the line is restored. Their automatic reports on internet is not working. Tried to get through to 10210. Held on for 1h10, 2h50 no avail. Got through once lady said she escalating the fault. Nothing. As no Telkom office in Gtn. Sat outside the exchange spoke to couple of unhelpful technical staff. Tried to get through to the supervisor. I still have a dead line. Please privatise this useless parastatel that has the monopoly.
