Telkom line down since Easter
My Telkom Line is totally down since the big rains just before Easter weekend 2018. Ive reported it on numerous occassions and got Ref nr for each call logged. But until today the 15th of April my line is still not working with empty promises of the call center staff. This is unecceptable. No service whatsoever for something I pay for. They are not waiting for my payments why do I have to wait so long for service. But believe me the bill for April is already been to me. For what? No service? Rediculous!!
