Telkom line down since 15 August 2016

<p>My Telkom line is down since 15 Aug 2016. Technical department comes out every week but it seems like they not capable to fix the problem, Please I need it to get fixed ASAP as it cost us a fortune on data and cellphone costs. My landline number is ********** 419.</p>
