Telkom line down sice 27 Nov 2017

I have reported my line in September 2017 for being faulty. after about 6 reference numbers , I am still without my call catcher as well as my call divert function. Since the 2nd of Jan my line is completely dead!!!!

I have lost thousands of Rands in income and still no line!!!!
