Telkom line down for almost 3 months

My telkom line has been down for almost 3 months now, despite numerous calls and escalations, still the problem persists, they have no problem billing me and were quick as lighting to do the install, but nothing on service delivery!!!!! Open serve and telkom, you hive very bad customer service!!!! Really!!!!!
