Telkom line down for a month

<p>My daughter's phone line has been down for a month. We have reported it several times,but no response. Even after going to the Telkom direct shop nothing was down. We are charged for a line that cannot be used. Please sort this out ASAP!!!!! Number is ********** 049</p>
