Telkom line de*****ed and ****med by Telkom

I was a loyal Telkom client for more than 10 years,until last year August where and when my line was cut off with not reason.I started noticing the different debit order amount, which was not part of the agreement. I then enquired about the amount and discovered that my line was taken over by someone in Durban whilst I am based in Gauteng. What us sad about this is that Telkom carried on debiting my account and I kept on disputing that amount until they handed me over to debt collectors who threatened to serve me with summons or court order.
