TELKOM LINE DEAD...NO RESPONDS FROM TELKOM

OK, this had not been the first but will surely be the last. POOOOOOOOOOOOOR Service I've log a fault ( Ref: ********** 2) 04 May 2019 and ever since I phone line and internet was completely DEAD. Thereafter I called in everyday to get an update on the fault log however i was just informed that the the Technician will call back to provide an update however NO FEDDBACK GIVEN Until today. I then asked if this can be escalated (Ref ********** ) and was informed that Telkom has 24hrs to resolve this, however I still dont have any phone or internet connection.

TELKOM IS REALLY A F*** UP SERVICE PROVIDER
