Telkom Line Dead
My Telkom line is dead for 2 days the support line is constantly busy had to log the fault online, reference number 490CNK110316. This is a critical fault which should be sorted out on the day it is reported. Poor service, I should be discounted for all the time I cannot use the line, pro-rata both ADSL and Voice not working.
