Telkom line cancelation

Good day I have been struggling to CANCEL my telkom landline for more than 2 years now.I have been to telkom numerous times and got now help. Everytime they will give me a peace of paper telling me I must CANCEL it online and then telkom will call me to confirm. I have done that with no luck. At one stage I have stopped paying telkom only to be threatened with legal action.There services is the worst I have ever experienced.
