Telkom Line Cancel

Well what to say. They Telkom after all,

First i tried to relocate my line to the new premises that i moved to. yet i did give them 30 days notice. Then to get a phone call from the technician that theirs no exchange available for adsl. After another 30 days gone by, no response from Telkom, i decide to cancel the line and take out the telkom LTE Deal on contract they had.

From there ever since i follow up with Telkom no luck. i stop paying because why should i pay for something i don't have.

They come with excuses that or they service is down or they waiting for something else. i have reference number for cancel an still today they struggle to cancel the line.
