Telkom line but i'm not on their system!

<p>Telkom installed a landline by my house last week Wednesday, now i want to activate my adsl line and they can't even find me on their system!!! No account nothing!! No one at my local Telkom branch can help me, and they are the ones who started the order! Don't know what to do!!!
