Telkom Line and Migration

<p>After stuggling for the whole month to have Telkom install my landline so that I can have my ISP activate DSL on it, I get told that my line needs to be placed on something called a Witholding Holdings Pool so that Afrihost can actually use my Telkom number.</p> <p> </p> <p>I phoned telkom numerous times and they just tell me to send an email with documentation to their service cancelation email address and that it will take up to 21 days for someone to get back to me!</p> <p>I don't want my service cancelled, I just want to have my current landline opened up so that DSL can be activated on it and that Afrihost can take it over and manage it for me.</p> <p> </p> <p>Is there no one I can phone to speed things up?</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks</p>
