Telkom Line almost permanenty unusable

<p>My telkom telephone line has been almost permanently unusable for the last two months due to a noisy line . I have logged numerous faults and recieved texts back saying the problem has been resolved. The line works for a day and then becomes unusable again.I suspect the problem may be at a junction box on a pole near my home but at no time has any technicial visited or even called. Telkom sent me a survey and when I gave a 0 score they wanted to know why. I explained but have since heard nothing back. They insulate themselves behind mails and texts. send numerous surveys and mesages but dont seem to be doing anything to actually fix the problem. Other in my area have reported similar problems so may be part of a wider problem that Telkom are unable or maybe unwilling to fix at this point.</p>
