Telkom line adsl offline

my business phone has been out since last week. which we did report last week thursday. they said repair will take place withing 2-5 days. today wednesday 14/2/2018 is 5 days and NOTHING yet. everyday i phone and ask when, what year will it be fixed. and every day i get the same answer ..... NO TECHINICIAN HAS BEEN ASSIGNED YET, CANNOT GIVE DATE OR TIME WHEN IT WILL BE FIXED. now what do i do, just sit and wait till they do it......lose business in the meantime.... TELKOM YOU ARE PATHETIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
