Telkom Limited Offer: Uncapped Wireless Broadband

Go onto Telkoms website and you will see a huge promotional Limited Offer for Uncapped Wireless Broadband for R599 pm x 24. What a load of bull#$*@! After completing the online application a Telkom agent phoned and took all our details from address to bank account details, we were told that there will be R599 debited from our account in the following hours and then we can expect delivery within 5 working days. Those 5 days were up a week ago and I still have not received anything. Try phoning Telkom on 10213, no matter what time of day, you will never get hold of anyone, that phone just rings. Try phoning any other Telkom number and they direct you straight back the useless number 10213. Phoned Sell Direct, they cannot pick up any order on the ID Number provided. Went into Lakeside Mall Telkom, they told me that this service is not even available yet and that we need to go to our bank and cancel the debit order. She could also not find anything on the ID number provided. Telkom is very quick to make a sale and take you money, but lord up you if you have a problem and need assistance. Telkom is absolutely useless and THIS OFFER IS ONE BIG **** !!!
