Telkom lies to us!

This started almost 4 years ago. I moved to Parys (Free State) to get out of the city. When I moved, I inquired from Telkom what speed ADSL they provide in Parys. The answer was 4 Mb. This was a blatant lie. I continued to use Telkom as ISP, as this was not much of a problem. I then asked for the 4mb line to be installed, and activated.<br> Well, I can't remember when last I had 3mb speed. The quickest I get is something between 1.4 and 2mb, if I'm lucky. Now, Telkom will argue that their offer says \up to 4 mb". That I accept"
