Telkom lies to their customers!!!

So telkom has this new dsl light service where you only have a data line no voice line. As a loyal customer for 10 years i phoned them and wanted the dsl package they said i need to cancel my current adsl line and then I will get a new installation it would happen simultaneously so i would have no off time, they canceled my order 3 times because i had a line so on 24july 2020 they put my adsl line off I phoned again to get the new line. On Monday i phoned telkom again to ask what is going on with my new line they informed me it was canceled once again I said but why according to them I do not have covarage I n my area. Weird coz the 4 times i did the order everything was oky and then if you check online I do have covarage they even sent me my username and password. They never told me any of the issues im facing now and they also charged me a full month for July but i only had internet until the 24th!!SO IM FINISHED WITH TELKOM AND WILL NEVER REFER ANYONE TO THEM AGAIN. INSTEAD USE VOX THEY ARE WONDERFUL THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXCELLENT AND THEY GO THE EXTRA MILE.
