Telkom lies to its customers. Pathetic customer service

DEAR TELKOM,

I recently undertook a data deal for the month of October, I accepted the deal on the 6th of October. After that things went smoothly. I received my data sim, but I was informed by the courier company that the router was on its way.

Its been more than 20 days overdue, going back and forth with the consultant who assisted me! Where is my router! If I don't receive it in the next 5 days, I would like to cancel my contract before it even starts.
