Telkom lies, they are ****** and perform false advertising

I purchased a telkom August big deal which was only advertised in August hence it is called the August big deal. They promised three months of free netflix but after two weeks still no voucher for free three months on netflix. I call the telkom call centre and I am told no the promotion started in June, I will not get the voucher and than Lebo changes now I will only get one month, referring to the Netflix one month trial. Such ****** how can you advertise something that you know you are not going to give the customer.
