Telkom lies

To all Telkom is one of the worst cellphone suppliers ever iv ordered a Double deal from them on the 13 of january (oppo a73s ) phones where there were availble devices iv waited for 2 weeks as per usaul for Delivery and when i called them the person never processed the order and wrang up the wrong deal aswell .where it is now samsung a53 where they tlld me they will be delivred the latest friday .same excuses and lies the whole time when i want to cancell the order they just hangup on me terrible service terrible stay away from telkom
