Telkom lies and takes money but gives no service

I keep calling for months logging a faulty telkom line.I have been promised that a wireless phone would be given to me and i have went to Southgate on numerous occasions still no help .they load my airtime online and the funds finish but i am not able to use the landline.I have told then i need the landline as i have a sickly sibling at home and need the landline but still nothing.the airtime i load is finished without even making calls .The app is useless it is always offline.the call centre says they cant help.I have asked for the ombud details still nothing ,This is ridiculous to say the least.
