Telkom LIES and is creating a monopoly on ISP connections.

Trying to get an adsl line on existing telephone line and for 2 months nothing has been resolved. First they tell us they can't activate our line for webafrica to provide us with internet access unless qoute unqoute "you have to buy internet packages from us for us to activate your line", this was said from a telkom employee at mall of africa. So we now decide to buy a 4mb line uncapped package from them, 3 weeks of back and forth they now tell us they can't give us internet because there is no coverage and that we must get LTE(which we can't because the connection is one bar in that area). How can they not have coverage when the the neighbors next to us and across the road all have adsl lines with uncapped internet. Our house has a telkom line going straight into the lounge. WHY CANNOT THEY NOT DO ANYTHING???
