TELKOM - LIES AND FALSE ADVERTISING RE WIFI ROUTER - 20GIG AT NIGHT & 20 GIG DURING THE DAY

I purchased a Huawei Wi-Fi router from Telkom last month (May 2018). There was a special R239/R289 for 20 gigs to use during the day and 20gigs to use during the night. My 20gig night time bundle does not work at all. I am well aware that the times of usage for the 20 gig night time bundle are between midnight and 7am. During those times, it does not work. I have reset my router and it still doesn't work. All that this translates to is LIES and FALSE ADVERTISING. When I try calling Telkom to report this issue I either get cut off or I am told by the automated voice that Telkom is experiencing technical difficulties. This is ridiculous. I am not a happy customer. I require assistance with this issue urgently. Ngyabonga
