Telkom lies again and let's down an 89 year old woman in urgent need of their services

<p>You are an utter disgrace!!!!!!!! My 89 year old mother has been let down by your empty promises ever since the 17th January when she moved into an old-aged home. She was PROMISED it was a simple matter to transfer her number to the new place. Didn't happen. Despite many long hours on the phone to your call centre, and umpteen empty promises that the line would be installed on that day nothing happened. Then we got an SMS promising this phone would installed on the 8thFeb. Today we received an SMS to say it would only be installed on the 1st MARCH. YOU ARE A DISGRACE. This is an old lady who NEEDS a telephone. What are you going to do about it?</p>
