Telkom lies

I have been on a pre order list since last year for fiber. Everytime I call its 6 weeks, and now yesterday there is a telkom rep canvassing my area saying that fiber is live, I call today and then you say its not live. I am going to cancel my service if you guys dont start making plans here. Ive been loyal to you through years and years and Im over it now.
