Telkom Lies

I found the billing department, they escalated my issue to the team leader, I was informed that they will call me back, its been 5 days and no call. I called to find out if my account is cleared I was told they have to ask the team leader and we will get a call and still none of what was promised was done... Telkom lies to clients.
