Telkom lies

For the 2nd time in a short period we have NO wi-fi service. Every time we call Telkom we get told another lie. We have been given the name and number of the technician assigned to fix our problem but when calling the technician she denies that she is a technician and says she is a dispatcher who has been off sick for over a week and therefore NO technician has been assigned. When querying this with Telkom they insist she is the technician as is giving us false information! I am promised a call back after every call but to date have not received one! I advise NO ONE to deal with Telkom in any way, means or form. Theirs sales are pretty good but after sales service is NON EXISTENT! Disgusting, I cannot wait for my contract to expire.
