Telkom lies

We app**** for a contract on Tuesday in the telkom store lenasia trade route mall.

The contract was approved. The sales person Lerato **** to us in our face and told us there is a problem with the finger prints. Yet the next day we found out from his colleague that there is no stock of the phone.

We would like to cancel this contract and never deal with telkom again.
