Telkom, Liers and false information.

When I ordered my device on the 5 March 2018, You will receive your device in 5 to 7 working days. Check you recordings, I was not informed that Telkom would only place the order once the first payment came off. OK whatever, 9 March 2018 Payment was taken form my account. I have to phone Telkom to confirm it. The story was then changed 3- 5 days once payment has cleared. Ok Sure. Nothing. So everytime I call i get a different story. 3-5 working days. They escalated it. will get in 48 hours.

Well guess what not even a phone call. Nothing Nada. So I phoned this morning. Guess what another story. The phone was ordered only on the 15th so you telling me they took almost 2 weeks to just order my phone!!!!!!!!!!!! It would take another 7-10 day.

I am sorry to say that I am beyond frustrated and disappointed. If they told me, Its going to take 21 working days. I might have said you know what no thanks and moved on. but because of them wanting to sell products they lie and cheat constantly.

I am sure this is not going to be the last issues I have with them as they are one of my service provider but this will be the last product I get from Telkom STATE OWNED ENTERPRISE.
