Telkom **** to sell me services

********** phoned me to offer me an upgrade to a 20mbs line and I said no I did not want it because I knew it would involve hours on the phone and my internet not working for periods of time. She persuaded me that it would be conpletely effortless and that she would just put the order through and I would get my upgrade. After hours spent on phone, and more than a month of paying for a service I am not getting I am completely enraged. I have decided I no longer want this useless upgrade I'm not getting anyway, and I am looking forward to never having to deal with telkom ever again in the near future. I do not like being **** to. </p>
