Telkom: **** Cheated ******, DONT USE TELKOM

<p>Telkom phoned me and made me a offer in December 2015. We were all very clear it was not a additional service, I would pay less for more data they said. Then they started billing me for an additional service. Since then I have spent many hours on the phone with them and they say they are so sorry, but every month they keep on taking more money and now to top it all they have cut my service! And they owe me money!. This morning I phoned them, they said I cant speak to the relevant person, they will phone me back, it is now 19h20 and they have not phoned and I have lost a whole day without working due to no internet. Maybe I also lost some business deals due to not responding to my emails wich I cant receive. </p> <p> </p>
