Telkom Liberty Promenade

Telkom Liberty Promenade I would just like to express my dissatisfaction at the way the lady at Telkom in Liberty promenade assisted my parents and I on Saturday. All I wanted was for her to check up on my Fathers Telkom account which she did assist me with but was not friendly at all. Then I had my fathers statement in my hands and all I wanted was just for her to explain to us the way the statement works and her words to us were " if you have any billing inquiries you must call the call center" , so what is the purpose of Telkom having a store if they cannot assist me with a simple thing easy as helping or just explaining how the invoice or statement works. Clearly she did not have a friendly personality like a customer service agent is supposed to have if you working with customers.

I really do hope that you guys see to this matter as it is no point you work with people and you don't know how to assist them.
