Telkom liberty midlands mall poor service

<p>Had app**** for an lte router on Saturday and till now there is no response to it.</p> <p>Was told that the application was sent for credit vetting</p> <p>So now it's the customers job to phone and check what is going on</p> <p>And may I just add that the service is pathetic and to strict reason being,we paid of 2 contracts so far with yourl...a Samsung galaxy s5 and a samsung note 4 cash.....and we have a Telkom landline with yourl for long as I know...</p> <p>Please note...with way this is going yourl would lose customers.</p> <p>And learn to answer the phone at work</p> <p> ********** 016</p>
