Telkom liberty midlands mall

Very poor and disappointing service from telkom liberty midlands mall. Got the uncapped deal R999 per month. I've been instore on Saturday. The lady by the name of natasha said that the sim and device is ready for use. After getting back home. It's not as she said. Firstly the number for the store just rings with no answer. Secondly I called customer care. They said it takes 48hrs to activate. It's now been 3 days.and still not activated. If I knew this I would of never supported or got this deal. I live an hour away from the nearest telkom store to go instore would cost me. This is not a consumer friendly company. I want to return this and cancel the contract.
