Telkom ***** and *******

I have spoken to a lady at Telkom Saturday and she stated that i don't owe anything. so this morning i phoned again and the one lady Bella told me that i never paid for July which R 506 was taken off my account. They are ***** and *******. I want my debit order cancelled or i will reverse any debit that goes off of my account to do with them.
