Telkom ***** and taking my money for non-existent service

My landline has been down for weeks, with all the lies Telkom spreads about cable theft and not replacing lines yet still charge you for it. Everytime I try call them the call gets dropped and no one bothers to call back. This has been going on at least 10 times now. When the call agent promises to call you back with info that is a lie as well, and I am still waiting for him call me back after 1 week. My line is still dead and Telkom is not willing to help me get another Fibre line or wireless handset. You are the worst company next to Eskom, I guess if both companies have "KOM" in the name then service is non-existent, and yet you ***** my money but won't replace my line.
